We live in an age of science. We cannot think of our modern life without the blessing of science. Science has given us many things. These inventions of science make our life easy and comfortable. It has brought the world smaller. We feel the blessing of science all around us in the universe.
Science has invented various things. Telephone, telegraph, wireless, mobile etc. are the recent inventions of science. With the help of these, we can communicate with others within a moment. We see the blessing of science in the field of medical, recreation, education, agriculture, transport, construction and industry. In these fields, the contribution of science beggars description.
We use computer that has been invented by the science. We cannot do a single day without using mobile, computer, internet, telephone, electric fan etc. that have been invented by science. The blessing of science lights streets and houses. Cinema shows, radio, televisions, electronic fans all are gifts of science. Scientific machines and medicines purify water. Mills and factories are run with the help of science. Modern industries also cannot grow without science. Our life becomes paralyzed without the blessing of science.
In the field of medical, science has lessened human suffering and it has increased the joys of life. Penicillin, x-ray, biopsy, ultra sonogram and E.C.G. etc. are the wonders of modern science. Doctors and patients cannot do a single day without these. In the past, many people died in want of proper medical treatment. Then medical complicated medical treatment was not possible because the lack of scientific knowledge.
In the field of education, science has widened our horizon of knowledge. We can read books that are printed with the help of science. We can read newspaper and can know what is happening in the world due to the blessing of science. We can make note in the computer that has been invented by the science. Students and teachers can easily get their necessary information searching in internet.
In the field of agriculture, science has invented tractors, power tillers, power pumps etc. Besides, the using of scientific menu has increased the quantity of crops. All these inventions have benefitted our farmers.
Science has added a new dimension in the case of communication system. In the field of communication, it has invented aeroplanes, bus, steamers, rocket, launches etc. All these inventions have removed the distance of place. Thus, science has saved our valuable time. We can now travel hundreds of miles within a short time.
However, science is not mere blessing. Sometimes it becomes a curse. It becomes curse during war. Some destructive weapons of science are used in killing people. In the recent years, some destructive weapons had been used these are the creation of science. People use the inventions of science in different kinds of evil purposes.
At last, the inventions of science are no doubt blessing for us. Only then, it could fill our life full to the brim with happiness when we would not use it in any destructive purpose.

***The first wonder of modern science is the discovery of electricity. It has changed our life, society and culture. It is a great source of power and energy. The radio, television. Light, fans, electric irons, mills, factories and refrigerator- all work through the power of electricity.
***Science has made our communication easy and short. On the seas, rivers, roads there are ships, launches, boats, trains, buses, cars, motor cycles, etc. These are all the gift of science.
***Telegraph, telephone, fax and wireless- are also some important means of communication. Internet, facebook, Twiter are also a great medium of communication.
***Science has done much in the field of agriculture. The use of scientific instruments (যন্ত্রপাতি), fertilizer and insecticide (কীটনাষক) has improved agriculture.
***Science has conquered diseases by inventing various medicines, x-ray, cardiograph, microscope end etc, and relieved human suffering.
***Science has discovered many things for our recreation(বিনোদন). We use cinema, television, radio. Many other essential products like paper, pens, etc. are possible to make only because of science.
***Now a day we can’t think of human life with out science. But we should use it intelligently and for the welfare of mankind.
