Etiquette and Manners paragraph
Man is a social being. So following social code of behavior is
important for living in the society. These are called social behavior.
We describe our social behaviors with two terms – etiquette and
manners. The word ‘etiquette’ is derived from a French word. It means
the rules of correct behaviour in society. On the other hand, ‘manners’ is an English word. It
means the behaviour that is considered to be polite in a particular
society or culture. Manner refers to usual/good behaviour towards others.
It refers to polite ways of treating other people
and behaving in public.Rules of
etiquette are the guiding codes that enable us to practice manners. For
example, it is a bad manner to speak with food in one’s mouth.(মুুুুখের মধ্যে খাবার রেখে কথা বলা খারাপ আচরন)
No
one likes a bad-mannered person. Etiquette and manners vary from culture
to culture and from society to society. The best place to learn manners
and etiquette is the home where the child spends most of its time.
Besides home, we also learn etiquette and manners from various
institutions, such as schools, colleges or professional bodies.Etiquette and Manners are really important in our life, Therefore, we have to be careful about etiquette and manners. A few
polite expressions such as ‘pardon me’, ‘excuse me’, ‘may I’ can make
our day smooth and pleasant.((((( Although they do not cost anything, they
bring us valuable gains. They enhance the pleasure of life. One can win
over even the enemy if he presents good manners.))))) Good manners and
etiquette is the key to success. By following good manners you/we can become a role model for
people around you. Good manners & etiquettes can help you to reach your goal. You can even become a team
leader. A person’s character is known by one’s

Price Hike
The rising in the price of the day-to-day essential(প্রয়োজনীয়) commodities (জিনিসপত্র) is called a price hike (মুল্য বৃদ্ধি) . The price hike is a common phenomenon (পরিস্থিতি) in our country. Nowadays, we have to face ( মুখোমুখি) this problem almost everyday. The price of necessary things is going up every day. It is increasing by leaps and bounds. ((The situation seems to be beyond control (নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে.))The poor and middle class are the worst sufferers of this price hike.
There are many causes of price hike.Firstly price hike occurs because of natural disasters. In our country natural disasters like flood and cyclone occur almost every year. Flood destroys the crops of the country.Illiligal hoarding(মজুদকরন) is another cause of price hike. The dishonest businessmen create artificial crisis of food products. As a result the price goes up. Political crisis like hartal also causes price hike . Price hike has dreadful effect in our life and national economy. It causes untold sufferings to the poor and the middle class people. Many people cannot buy daily necessaries.
The government is trying to control and regulate the market but it is not possible only by the govt. Public awarness is also necessary. Dishonest businessmen should be punnished. We should apply scinetific cultivation to increase food production.
