Dowry system

The dowry system(যৌতুক প্রথা) is a social curse(অভিশাপ). It can be an amount of money or property that a wife or her family is forced to pay to her husband when they get married. It was a social custom in ancient time . But at present dowry has become a  social curse for our society. In this subcontinent (উপমহাদেশ) almost every family have to face this curse. A poor family having a maiden(কুমারী মেয়ে) faces a great problem due to dowry. They cannot arrange a marriage ceremony for their daughter due to the demand for dowry by the father or relatives of the bridegroom. If the parents of the bride cannot pay as per demand, the wife is tortured and even kiked out from her husband’s house by the relatives. Our young generation should be made conscious of this curse and try to wipe out (দূর করা) such a stupid system. We can do postering, canvassing, and make advertisements against this dowry system.Goverment is trying to stop this malpractice by inforcing law against those dowry hunters.  By developing the mentality of our citizens, we can get rid of this system.

Books poem analysis with bangla

Books poem in bangla and with analysis Verse-wise Bangla Translation: What worlds of wonder are our books! As one opens them and looks, New ideas and people rise In our fancies and our eyes. The room we sit in melts away, And we find ourselves at play With some one who, before the end, May become our chosen friend. Or we sail along the page To some other land or age. Here's our body in the chair, But our mind is over there. Each book is a magic box Which with a touch a child unlocks. In between their outside covers Books hold all things for their lovers.

paragraph on PREMATURE MARRIAGE

P remature marriage is a very common feature in a poor country like Bangladesh. It means the marriage of the boys and girls before attaining their physical and mental maturity. In our country girls particularly poor rural girls are the victims of premature marriage. Unfortunately, the birth of girls is considered unwelcome in our country. They are neglected from their birth. They have to live in a male dominated society. As a result, they are the victims of gender discrimination. They have no 'say' in the family decision. Many parents try to find a husband for their daughters before they attain the age of maturity. We find that illiteracy, poverty, selfish attitude, unconsciousness, religious misconception , dowry system, etc. are some of the causes of premature marriage. The effects of premature marriage are very harmful for health and mind of a female child. The girls cannot adjust with the new environment of their in-law's house. They cannot serve their husbands' fam...
