Seasons in Bangladesh । Bangladesh has six seasons. They are summer, rainy season, autumn, late autumn, winter and spring. Summer starts in April and continues till June. It is the hottest season. People feel very hot and stay indoors at noon. During this time, ponds and canals become dry. The rainy season comes after summer. It lasts from July to August. Heavy rain falls and rivers, ponds and canals become full of water. Sometimes floods happen and people suffer. Autumn comes in September and October. The sky looks clear and beautiful. White clouds float in the sky. Late autumn comes after autumn. Paddy becomes ripe and farmers harvest crops. Dew drops can be seen in the morning. Winter comes next. It is very cold and lasts for a short time. Poor people suffer most in winter. People wear warm clothes and trees lose their leaves. Spring is the last season. It starts in the middle of February and ends in April. It is called the king of seasons because nature becomes very beautiful....
