প্রশ্ন করার নিয়ম

How to Question ( কিভাবে প্রশ্ন করতে হয় )

এই অধ্যায়ে আমরা আলোচনা করবো প্রশ্ন করা ও না বাচক বাক্য নিয়ে Simple Present tense কে Negative ও Question করতে হলে Do অথবা Does ব্যবহার করতে হয় Singular number এ does ব্যবহার হয় Third Person Singular number কে সহজেই বুঝা যায় এর s, es ব্যবহার দেখে। সুতরাং Verb এর সঙ্গে s বা es দেখা গেলে শুধু does ব্যবহৃত হবে। একই সঙ্গে আলোচিত হবে Past Simple এর negative ও Question নিয়ে। একই সাথে আলোচনা করা হলে শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য সহজ হবে এবং শেখাটা সঠিক হবে। নিচে নিত্যব্যবহার্য কিছু বাক্য দেওয়া হল।

ক) তুমি কি ইংরেজী বলা পছন্দ কর?

Do you like to speak English?

(ডু হউ লাইক টু স্পিক ইংলিশ?)

 

খ) তুমি কি ইংরেজী বলা পছন্দ করেছিলে?

Did you like to speak English?

(ডিড ইউ লাইক টু স্পিক ইংলিশ?)

 

(২)

ক) সে তোমার কানে কানে কি বলে?

What does he whisper in your ear?

(হোয়াট ডাজ হি উঅইসপার ইন ইওর এয়ার?)

 

খ) সে তোমার কানে কানে কি বলেছিল?

What did he whisper in your ear?

(হোয়াট ডিড হি উইসপার ইন ইওর এয়ার?)

 

 

(৩)

ক) তুমি কখন খবরের কাগজ পড়?

When do you read the newspaper?

(হোয়েন ডু ইউ রিড দ্য নিউজ পেপার?)

 

খ) তুমি কখন খবরের কাগজ পড়েছিলে?

When did you read the newspaper?

(হোয়েন ডিড ইউ রিড দ্য নিউজ পেপার?)

ক) তুমি কি কিছু কিনতে চাও?

Do you want to buy anything?

(ডু ইউ ওয়ানট টু বাই এনিথিং?)

 

খ) তুমি কি কিছু কিনতে চেয়েছিলে?

Did you want to buy anything?

(ডিড ইউ ওয়ানট টু বাই এনিথিং?)

ক) তুমি কি গান শোনা পছন্দ কর?

Do you like listening to music?

(ডু ইউ লাইক লিসেনিং টু মিউজিক?)

 

খ) তুমি কি গান শোনা পছন্দ করতে?

Did you like listening to music?

(ডিড ইউ লাইক লিসেনিং টু মিউজিক?)

 

(৬)

ক) তুমি কেন আমার ঘুম ভাঙ্গাও?

Why do you disturb my sleep?

(হোয়াই ডু ইউ ডিসটার্ব মাই স্লিপ?)

 

খ) তুমি কেন আমার ঘুম ভাঙ্গিয়েছিলে?

Why did you disturb my sleep?

(হোয়াই ডিড ইউ ডিসটার্ব মাই স্লিপ?)

ক) তুমি কি সাঁতার কাটতে জান?

Do you know how to swim? 

(ডু ইউ নো হাউ টু সুইম?)

 

খ) তুমি কি সাঁতার কাটতে জানতে?

Did you know how to swim?

(ডিড ইউ নো হাউ টু সুইম?)

 

(৮)

ক) সে কি ইংরেজিতে কথা বলার চেষ্টা করে?

Does he try to speak English?

(ডাজ হি ট্রাই টু স্পিক ইংলিশ?)

 

খ) সে কি ইংরেজিতে কথা বলার চেষ্টা করেছিলো?

Did he try to speak English?

(ডিড হি ট্রাই টু স্পিক ইংলিশ?)

ক) আপনি কি চুলে কলপ লাগান?

Do you dye your hair?

(ডু ইউ ডাই ইওর হেয়ার?)

 

খ) আপনি কি চুলে কলপ লাগিয়েছিলেন?

Did you dye your hair?

(ডিড ইউ ডাই ইওর হেয়ার?)

 

 

নিচের প্রশ্নগুলো উত্তর দিয়ে দক্ষতা পরীক্ষা করুন-

Give a test:

1. Do you know how to sew?

3. Which kind of special cooking do you know?

4. What do you do when you are hungry?

5. How often do you go to the market?

6. Who is a singer?

7. Who is a cleaner?

8. Who is a shopkeeper?
