গাথুনী এবং প্লাস্টারের হিসাব
১০” ওয়াল গাথুনীতে প্রতি ০১’ (স্কয়ার ফিট) গাথুনীতে ১০ টি ইট লাগে।
০৫” ওয়াল গাথুনীতে প্রতি ০১’ (স্কয়ার ফিট) গাথুনীতে ০৫ টি ইট লাগে।
গাথুনী এর প্লাস্টারে ০১ বস্তা সিমেন্টে ০৪ বস্তা বালি। তবে ০৫ বস্তাও দেওয়া যায়।
নিচের ছলিং এ প্রতি ০১’ (স্কয়ার ফিট) এর জন্য ০৩ টি ইট লাগে।পিকেট ইট দিয়ে খোয়া করতে হয়।
০৯ টি পিকেট ইট দিয়ে ০১ সিএফটি খোয়া হয়।সিএফটি অর্থাৎ ঘনফুট।
এসএফটি অর্থাৎ দৈর্ঘ্য এবং প্রস্তের দিক দিয়ে।কলাম এবং লিংটেল এর হিসাব সিএফটি তে করতে হয়।
ইঞ্চিকে প্রথমে ফুটে আনতে হবে। ( ১০” ÷ ১২ = ০.৮৩৩)এবং গাথুনীতে ও প্লাস্টারের হিসাব এসএফটি তে করতে হয়।* ১ ঘনমিটার ইটের গাথুনীর ওজন ১৯২০ কেজি।
* ১ ব্যাগ সিমেন্টে পানি লাগে ২১ লিটার।
* ১০০ এস,এফ,টি প্লাষ্টারে ১:৪ অনুপাতে সিমেন্ট লাগে ২ ব্যাগ।
* গাথুনীর প্লাষ্টারে ১:৫ অনুপাতে সিমেন্ট দিতে হয়। সিলিং প্লাষ্টারে ১:৫ অনুপাতে সিমেন্ট দিতে হয়।
* প্রতি এস,এফ,টি নিট ফিনিশিং করতে = ০.০২৩৫ কেজি সিমেন্ট লাগে।
* মসলা ছাড়া ১ টি ইটের মাপ = (৯ ১/২”*৪ ১/২”*২ ৩/৪”)
মসলাসহ = (১০”*৫”৩”)10 mm =1 cm

রডের পরিমান নির্ণয় করার পদ্ধতি
10 mm = 0.616 kg/m = 3 suta
12 mm = 0.888 kg/m = 4 suta
16 mm = 1.579 kg/m = 5 suta
20 mm = 2.466 kg/m = 6 suta
22 mm = 2.983 kg/m = 7 suta
25 mm = 3.854 kg/m = 8 suta
রডের ওজন
৮ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.১২০ কেজি।
১০ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.১৮৮ কেজি।
১২ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.২৭০৬ কেজি।
১৬ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.৪৮১২ কেজি।
২০ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.৭৫১৮ কেজি।
২২ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন = ০.৯০৯৭ কেজি।
২৫ মিলি মিটার এক ফুট রডের ওজন =১.১৭৪৭ কেজি।
উপরে যে কনভার্ট সিস্টেম দেয়া হয়েছে, এর প্রতিটি যদি আপনার জানা থাকে তাহলে বাস্তবে কাজ করা আপনার জন্য অনেক সহজ হয়ে যাবে।যেমন, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং সিস্টেমে রডের আন্তর্জাতিক হিসাব করা হয় kg/m এ।আবার বাংলাদেশে সাধারন লেবারদের সাথে কাজ করার সময় এই হিসাব জানা একান্তই জরুরী এছাড়া ও নিম্নোক্ত বিষয় টিও জেনে রাখুন . . . .

রডের মাপ ফিট মেপে kg বের করা হয় ………
এই সুত্রটি মনে রাখুন ( রডের ডায়া^2 / 531,36 ) যেকোনো ডায়া রডের এক ফিটের ওজন বাহির হবে . এখনে অবশ্যই রডের ডায়া মিলি মিটারে উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
খোয়ার হিসাব
* ১ টি ইটে = ০.১১ cft খোয়া হয়।
* ১০০ টি ইটে = ১১ cft খোয়া হয়।
* ১০০০ টি ইটে = ১১১.১১ cft খোয়া হয়।
বালির হিসাব
* ১০৯ ফিট = ১২.২৫cft,
* ১০০ sft ৫” গাথুনীতে ১:৫ অনুপাতে সিমেন্ট লাগে ২ ব্যাগ।
* ১০০ sft ১০” গাথুনীতে ১:৫ অনুপাতে সিমেন্ট লাগে ৪ ব্যাগ। বালু লাগে ২৪ cft।
ঢ়ালাই এর হিসাব
* ১০০ cft ঢ়ালাই এ ১:২:৪ অনুপাতে সিমেন্ট ১৭ ব্যাগ, বালু ৪৩ cft, খোয়া ৮৬ cft লাগে।
* ১ cft ঢ়ালাই এ ১:২:৪ অনুপাতে সিমেন্ট ০.১৭, বালু ০.৪৩ cft, খোয়া ০.৮৬ cft লাগে।
